Rolco Rollshutters Inc. warrants this product against defects in material and workmanship for 10 years and agrees to repair or replace any items found to be defective due to faulty workmanship or manufacturing error with the following limitations: - All moving parts are warranted for one year from the date of install. After one year from the date of install, service charges will apply.
- Electric operators and electronic equipment are guaranteed for ninety days with the exception of damages caused by faulty or improper wiring by owners or other forces.
- Damages caused by improper use, vandalism, war and acts of God.
- In order to obtain performance of this warranty, contact the dealer from whom the product was purchased, or the contractor who installed the product. If the persons are not known, contact Rolco Rollshutters Inc. Faulty installation by the contractor or owner due to failure to follow installation instructions provided with each product will cause all warranties, expressed or implied, including all implied warranties of merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, to be null and void.
- The sole and exclusive remedy for breach of any express or implied warranty of this product is repair or replacement of the product. Rolco Rollshutters Inc. shall not be liable under any circumstances for any incidental consequential or other damages.
